TikTok? E-newsletters? Direct mail? Communications tools and tactics are always changing, but the core principles remain unchanged.

At Child Care Aware® of America, we understand you may have a small marketing team – or no marketing support at all. We’re here to coach our members on the core principles of communications and marketing so you can reach even more families and members of your community. We’re also here to offer fresh resources and practical templates you can use in your everyday communications efforts, no matter how big or small your staff, or how much time you have.

Starting next month, the new Marketing Toolbox will be an ongoing resource in the Member Portal. Members can get access to new topics every month that include:

  • Short videos on topics like email marketing, branding, and social media
  • Grab-and-go templates to apply to your everyday marketing efforts
  • Checklists to ensure your communications efforts are reflecting best practices

We’re also excited to feature examples of the outstanding work that you, our members, are doing in the area of communications. We know many CCR&Rs, child care sites and others who have gone through re-branding or who have been innovative when using video and social media.

Why should you take advantage of the Marketing Toolbox? You can learn asynchronously so you never have to miss a webinar. You can also use templates to begin applying the concepts into your marketing efforts immediately.

Get ready to learn from the CCAoA Marketing & Communications team, and from your fellow CCAoA members, as the Marketing Toolbox launches next month. Topics will be announced in the monthly CCAoA Member Newsletter.

A note to our members: Does your CCR&R or business have a communications win or challenge you’ve overcome? We want to hear about it. Fill out this form to tell us about your communications efforts for the chance to be featured in our Marketing Toolbox resource.
