Giving Tuesday - Email Hero V1

You may be wondering: What IS #GivingTuesday and what are its roots? The days following Thanksgiving signify the start of the holiday spending season, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, when communities are swept up in the excitement of the upcoming festivities and often leave behind the sense of love and thanks that characterize Thanksgiving.

#GivingTuesday is a reminder of the true meaning of the holiday season and our ability to give back to our communities. #GivingTuesday highlights this global gesture as a movement that unleashes the power of radical generosity around the world. This is all true, but to those of us at Child Care Aware® of America (CCAoA), the leading voice for child care, #GivingTuesday  is an opportunity for everyone to participate in our nation's potential for a more equitable economic future and directly impact our collective experience. What could be more important?

Thanks to your ongoing support of CCAoA’s mission to create a child care system that is both affordable and high quality, we can focus our efforts on providing training and resources to those who advocate for the highest level of child care support. Together we can work toward a more equitable child care system. YOU are essential to the realization of that vision. Together we can reshape the future of child care.

#GivingTuesday is an opportunity to not only reconnect with the meaning of the holiday season, but also a chance to give back to your community. When you choose to donate to CCAoA this #GivingTuesday, you are  investing in the collective future of our national community and supporting the United States Military and their families. CCAoA's efforts help strengthen our nation's child care system and ensure our families get the support they need.

This holiday season, we urge you to focus on the true meaning of the season and give back to your community. Only you can make the choice to support the mission of CCAoA and begin building a better tomorrow. This season, you can choose to build the child care system our children families need. You can choose to support a better tomorrow. And you can choose to reshape the future of child care today.

Choose to give thanks by giving back. And thank you.
