We engaged in a critical conversation about the systemic factors that have perpetuated disparities in early child care education, particularly affecting Black communities. Through an intersectional lens, we examined the challenges faced by Black early child care educators, including limited access to resources, professional development opportunities, fair compensation and career advancement.
