Layla Zaidane is the President & CEO of Future Caucus (formerly Millennial Action Project), the nation’s largest nonpartisan network of Gen Z and Millennial lawmakers. Working with over 1,900 young elected leaders across Congress and state legislatures, Future Caucus builds cross-partisan collaboration on future-focused policy. A nationally recognized expert in youth engagement, Layla has been featured in Forbes, Teen Vogue, The New York Times, and more. She previously led campaigns at Generation Progress, including the launch of It’s On Us with the White House. Layla is a Georgetown University graduate and a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
